专业学位研究生实践能力培养模式探讨——以扬州大学水利学院为例

A Study on the Mode of Practice Ability Training for Graduate Students of Professional Degree--A case study of College of Hydraulic Science and Engineering ofYangzhou University

基于现状专业学位研究生培养过程中存在实践能力培养环节薄弱,高校人才培养与企业需求脱钩严重的问题.扬州大学水利科学与工程学院构建了专业学位研究生"三三三"培养模式,通过以案例化教学为基础的校内外实践能力培养闭环体系,着重培养专业学位研究生的创新实践能力及解决水利相关专业实际工程问题的能力.

Based on the current situation,there are problems in the process of professional degree postgraduate training that the practical ability training is weak,and the university talent training is seriously decoupled from the needs of enterprises.The College of Hydraulic Science and Engineering of Yangzhou University has established a"three-three-three"training model for professional degree postgraduates based on innovative training models.
