New Exploration of the General Course of Law in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

在建设法治中国这一新时代背景下,法律通识课程应作为高职院校法治教育的一种重要途径.针对学生个体发展以及国家整体发展的需要,高职院校的法律通识课程应构建合理的目标体系.高职院校法律通识课程内容不同于本科院校法律通识课程内容,也不同于法律专业课程内容,应选取与高职学生将来融入社会关系更密切的针对性较强的法律及其相关作为课程内容.

In the context of the new era of building a rule of law in China,general legal courses should be used as an important approach of law-related education in vocational colleges.Take the needs of individual development of students and the overall development of the country into account,the general legal courses of vocational colleges should construct a reasonable target system.The content of general law courses in vocational colleges is different from the content of general law courses in university,and different from the content of legal professional courses.We should choose the law which is more closely related to future life of vocational college student as the course content.
