航空航天类专业生产实习教学改革与探索

On Practical Teaching for Aeronautics and Astronautics Major

生产实习作为高等教育一个重要的实践教学环节,在航空航天类专业的实践教学方面发挥了重要作用.本文针对航空航天类专业的特殊性和实验教学中存在的专业性实验设备的缺乏、场地和成本限制了实验教学和实验内容脱离了工程实践等问题,结合多年的教学经验,对其教学方式、实习模式与实习基地的建设进行了有益的探索和总结,探讨了生产实习的师资队伍与管理体制建设等问题.这些改革与实践取得了良好的实验教学效果,对业内同行或相近专业的教师有一定的帮助.

As an important practical teaching link in higher education,production practice plays an important role in the practical teaching of Aerospace and Astronautics majors.Aiming at the particularity of Aerospace and Astronautics majors and experiment teaching of the lack of professional laboratory equipment,places and cost limits the experiment teaching and experiment content from the engineering practice,combined with years of experience in teaching,the teaching mode,practice mode and the construction of practice base has carried on the beneficial exploration and summary,this paper discusses the production practice of teaching staff and the management system of construction,etc.These reforms and practices have achieved good experimental teaching effect,which is helpful to the teachers of the same major or similar major.
