摘要
2020年的新冠肺炎疫情,让每一位教师仓促走上了网络教学的舞台,突如其来的变化,带来了新的挑战和困难.每一位教师都做好了网络教学的准备吗?高校教师在网络教学中应该具备哪些能力因素,如何进一步提升教师网络教学的能力?本文以高等数学这一重要课程为例,针对网络教学的特点,尝试分析高校教师在网络教学中应该具备的能力因素,对如何切实提升高校教师网络教学能力提出了几点建设性的意见.
The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation in 2020 brought every teacher to the stage of online teaching hastily.Unexpected changes brought new challenges and difficulties.Is every teacher ready for online teaching?What ability factors should university teachers have in network teaching and how to further improve teachers'network teaching ability?Taking advanced mathematics as an important course,this paper tries to analyze the ability factors that university teachers should have in network teaching according to the characteristics of network teaching,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to effectively improve the network teaching ability of university teachers.
