With the outbreak of the new crown disease,young medical workers show the strength and enthusiasm of the new generation under the leadership of the party,which not only reflects that the development of medical and health undertakings is the core of protecting people's health,but also highlights the importance of accelerating the cultivation of excellent young medical talents.Taking Suzhou Municipal Hospital as an example,this paper puts forward new ideas and measures to cultivate young talents under the guidance of Party construction,so as to promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
