高校大学生先进典型培育现状和创新机制探究

Research on the Cultivation Status and Innovation Mechanism of Advanced Models of College Students

最近几年,我国素质教育不断推行,越来越多的高校意识到德育教育的重要性,而德育常以大学生思想政治教育为载体.实践教学过程中根据学生的年龄特征以及成长特点,制定完善的教学方案,并从多个维度入手,不断的进行方案更新与优化,以达到更好的思想政治教学效果.这一过程中,高校相关管理者有必要进行先进典型的培育,结合培育现状,及时发现工作中的常见问题,基于问题的原因,不断创新培育机制,最终形成完善的先进典型培育策略,为思想政治教育工作的有效开展提供有利条件.文章主要针对高校先进典型培育现状及创新机制进行分析,提出了相应的建议.

In recent years,with the continuous implementation of quality education in China,more and more colleges and universities are aware of the importance of moral education,which is often carried by the ideological and political education of college students.In the process of practical teaching,according to the age characteristics and growth characteristics of students,we should make a perfect teaching plan,and constantly update and optimize the plan from multiple dimensions,so as to achieve better ideological and political teaching effect.In this process,it is necessary for the relevant administrators of colleges and universities to cultivate advanced models.Combined with the current situation of cultivation,they can find common problems in their work in time.Based on the causes of the problems,they can constantly innovate the cultivation mechanism,and finally form a perfect cultivation strategy of advanced models,so as to provide favorable conditions for the effective development of Ideological and political education.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and innovation mechanism of the cultivation of advanced models in Colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
