摘要 激光熔覆技术具有能量密度高、基体热变形小、界面冶金结合、自动化程度高等优点,被广泛应用于铸铁表面改性和再制造。从熔覆材料体系、熔覆层质量与制备工艺和应用三方面对铸铁表面激光熔覆的研究现状进行综述,并对铸铁表面激光熔覆未来的发展趋势进行展望。 Laser cladding technology is widely used in surface modification and remanufacturing of cast iron due to its high energy density, small thermal deformation of substrate, metallurgical bonding between cladding layer and substrate, and high degree of automation.The research status of laser cladding on the cast iron surface was summarized from three aspects:cladding material system, quality and preparation technology and application of cladding layer, and the development trend of laser cladding on cast iron surface was prospected.
