摘要
结合国内外钛合金微弧氧化工艺的研究成果,叙述了微弧氧化电源类型、微弧氧化液及电参数对钛合金微弧氧化的影响;综述了钛合金微弧氧化膜层的硬度、结合强度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性及抗高温氧化性的评价方法。对钛合金微弧氧化的研究方向提出了展望。
Combined with the research results of titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation process in China and abroad, the influence of the type of micro-arc oxidation power source, micro-arc oxidation electrolyte and electrical parameters on the micro-arc oxidation of titanium alloy was described, and the hardness and bonding force of titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation coating were reviewed. The evaluation methods for corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance were reviewed. The research direction of titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation were put forward.
