摘要
激光增材制造中的激光选区熔化技术(SLM)因为其突出的优势得到越来越广泛的应用,但要将加工零件应用于航空系统中,必须提高零件的综合性能。以镍基高温合金为例,介绍了改变激光加工功率及热处理温度的措施来改善加工零件的工艺性能,并经过反复实验验证,证明其可行性。结果表明:这两种方法都可在一定程度上提高加工零件的性能,从而满足零件的使用要求。
The selective laser melting(SLM) of laser additive manufacturing technology gets more and more used because of its outstanding advantages, but when the processing parts were used in the aviation system, the comprehensive performance of the parts must improve. Taking nickel-base superalloy as an example, the measures though the change of laser processing power and heat treatment temperature were introduced to improve the process performance of machining parts. The feasibility though repeated experimental certification was proved. The results show that the two methods can improve the performance of machining parts in a certain extent, so as to meet the using demand of the parts.
