烧结温度对Cu-Cr2AlC复合材料组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以实验室自制的Cr2AlC粉末和铜粉为原材料,先将铜粉以较低的压制压力压制成坯块,再将Cr2AlC粉末与铜坯块以同一较高的成型压力压制成Cu-Cr2AlC层状复合材料,分别在不同的温度(870、890、910、930、950℃)以氩气为保护气体进行烧结。利用金相显微镜和扫描电子电镜对试样的组织和界面结合状况进行观察分析,利用显微硬度计对试样进行显微硬度测试,研究烧结温度对Cu-Cr2AlC复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的的组织随着烧结温度的升高得到改善,部分组织达到了冶金结合的效果,材料各部分的硬度随着烧结温度的升高而增大,910℃以上为合适的烧结温度。 Cr2AlC powder and copper powder made in the laboratory were used as raw materials. Firstly, the copper powders were pressed into billets with lower pressing pressure, and then the Cr2AlC powder and copper billets were pressed into Cu-Cr2AlC laminated composite with the same higher forming pressure. The sintering was carried out at different temperature(870 ℃, 890 ℃, 910 ℃, 930 ℃ and 950 ℃) with argon as protective gas. The microstructure and interface of the sample were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and SEM, and the microhardness of the samples were tested by microhardness tester. The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of Cu-Cr2AlC composite were studied. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the composite is improved with the increase of sintering temperature, and some of the microstructure achieves the effect of metallurgical bonding. The hardness of each part of the composite increases with the increase of sintering temperature. The appropriate sintering temperature is above 910 ℃.
