摘要
采用热处理试验、金相观察、力学性能检测等手段,研究了固溶处理对904L中板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度在1000~1200℃,晶粒尺寸随固溶温度升高逐渐长大,析出相尺寸逐渐减小,晶界长大激活能Qm=268.2 kJ/mol;1000℃固溶时,晶粒尺寸随固溶时间延长几乎不变;1040~1200℃固溶时,晶粒尺寸随时间延长逐渐增大,晶粒长大动力学时间指数n随着固溶温度的提高先增加后降低;随着固溶温度的升高,904L中板的抗拉强度、屈服强度降低,伸长率提高。
The effects of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 904 L medium plate were studied by means of heat treatment test, metallographic observation and mechanical properties test. The results show that the solution temperature is 1000-1200 ℃, the grain size grows with the increase of solution temperature, the size of precipitates decreases, and the activation energy of grain boundary growth is Qm=268.2 kJ/mol. When the solution temperature is 1000 ℃,the grain size is almost unchanged with the increase of solution time. When the solution temperature is 1040-1200 ℃, the grain size increases with the increase of solution time, and the dynamic time index n of grain growth increases with the increase of solution temperature. With the increase of solution temperature, the tensile strength and the yield strength of 904 L medium plate decrease and the elongation increases.
