摘要
针对青海省偏远地区的供电难、供热难的问题,建立以光伏发电为主,综合利用新能源分布式发电、储能、储热先进技术的新型能源供给系统,已成为发挥区域资源优势、解决偏远地区电热需求的有效途径。为保证该新型能源供给系统的经济稳定运行,提出了一种基于价值最优原则的光、储、热新型能源供给系统分层优化配置方法。根据表征系统容量配置的经济性目标和满足供电供热稳定需求的约束条件,建立了相应的系统优化配置模型。采用分层优化迭代算法,求解得到价值最优的系统容量配置结果。最后通过案例分析,验证了所提出的分层优化方法的有效性。
Against the difficulties with power and heat supply in the remote districts of the Qinghai province,it has been an effective way to exploit the advantage of the district resource and to meet the demand for power and heat in the districts that building new nenergy supply system mainly with photovoltaic power generation by using the advanced technologies such as distributed renewable energy generation,energy storage and heat storage.A layered optimization allocation strategy based on value optimization principle is proposed for the comprehensive energy supply system with voltaic,storage and heat technologies.The allocation strategy uses layered optimization alternative algorithm and solves the system capacity allocation with optimal value based on the system optimization allocation model built according to the economic objects of the system capacity allocation and constraints from the power and heat supply demand.In end the layered optimization method is validated with examples.
