基于煤质约束优化的多目标配煤方法研究

摘要 针对目前火电厂动力配煤技术存在的问题,提出了一种基于煤质约束优化的多目标配煤方法。利用支持向量机(SVM)对混煤煤质非线性成分进行预测构建煤质预测模型;根据混煤违反锅炉设计煤种程度进行约束优化并构建约束目标函数,与经济目标函数共同构成多目标配煤模型,采用群体进化算法进行研究与仿真求解,结果表明:该配煤方法不仅提高混煤煤质的预测精度,还得到了容易选择的解集,具有较高的实用价值。 A multi objective coal allocation method based on coal quality constraint optimization is proposed to address the problems of current power coal allocation technology in thermal power plants.In proposed method the coal quality prediction model is constructed by using support vector machine(SVM)to predict the nonlinear components of blended coal quality;the constraint optimization is carried out according to the difference of blended coal with the designed coal type for boiler and the constraint objective function is constructed,constituting the multi objective coal allocation model together with the economic objective function,and the study and simulation on the model are made by using population evolution algorithm,the results show that the coal allocation method not only improves the prediction accuracy of blended coal quality,but also obtains selectable solution set,showing has high practical value.
