摘要
汽轮机进汽门LVDT(线性可变差动变压器)传感器将阀位反馈信号转换成电量信号,并通过电缆传送至DEH控制系统(汽轮机数字电液控制系统)。阀位反馈信号不仅提供运行人员监视功能,而且参与DEH控制系统调节、保护逻辑回路计算。基于某上海汽轮机厂1050 MW机组调门冗余LVDT传感器改造后的调试实践,针对调试过程中出现的异常现象,提出优化措施,满足设备运行要求。
The LVDT(linear variable differential transformer)sensor of the steam turbine inlet valve converts the valve position feedback signal into an electric quantity signal,and transmits it to the DEH control system(steam turbine digital electro hydraulic control system)through a cable.Valve position feedback signal not only provides operator monitoring function,but also participates in DEH control system adjustment and protection logic circuit calculation.Based on the debugging practice of a Shanghai Steam Turbine Factory’s 1050 MW unit after the modification of the redundant LVDT sensor for the regulating valve,the optimization measures were proposed to meet the equipment operation requirements for the abnormal phenomena that occurred during the debugging process.
