某1000 MW超临界锅炉省煤器集箱排气管泄漏原因分析

摘要 针对某1000 MW超超临界锅炉运行中20G省煤器集箱排气管发生泄漏原因进行理化检验和分析,并提出建议。结果表明,省煤器集箱排气管长时间在高于材质许用温度环境下运行,造成排气管组织球化、石墨化,性能劣化,最终强度不足发生爆破。 A physical and chemical inspection and analysis of the cause of leakage in the exhaust pipe of a 20G economizer header in the operation of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler were carried out,and suggestions were made.The results showed that the exhaust pipe of the economizer header was operated for a long time in an environment higher than the allowable temperature of the material,which caused the exhaust pipe to be spheroidized,graphitized,performance deteriorated,and eventually blasted due to insufficient strength.
