摘要 油中溶解气体分析(DGA)对于诊断运行设备内部的潜伏性故障十分灵敏,但由于方法本身的局限性,DGA存在无法确定故障的部位、对涉及同一气体特征的不同故障类型易于误判等问题,因此必须结合其他检测手段综合判断。针对一起35 kV变压器本体油色谱数据异常事件,通过带电检测、设备加压检修和停电试验等综合分析,准确地判断出色谱数据异常并非发热或放电缺陷,而是由于有载分接开关与本体油箱互通所造成的,从而制订出合理的处理措施。 Dissolved gas in oil analysis( DGA) is very sensitive to diagnose the latent faults inside the operating equipment,but due to the limitations of the method itself,DGA has some problems such as the unable location of faults, misjudg with different fault type involving the same gas characteristics. In this paper, the abnormal chromatogram data of 35 kV transformer body oil is analyzed by using live detection voltage-applied check,test in out-service and other analysis methods,and concludes that the abnormal chromatogram data is not caused by heating or discharging defects,but by the interflow of the on-load tap changer with the body oil tank. And reasonable treatment measures are given.
