麻花钻钻尖结构对定心性能的影响

摘要 麻花钻钻尖结构是影响钻头切削性能的重要因素。为研究麻花钻钻尖结构对定心性能的影响,对钻尖刃线的三个关键参数(横刃长度、内刃角度和过渡圆弧值)进行了研究,将有限元仿真正交试验与实际切削试验相结合,结果表明:内刃角度对定心性影响最大。钻头定心性最优参数组合为:横刃长度0.36mm,内刃角度20°,过渡圆弧R0.6mm。 The structure of the twist drill tip is an important factor affecting the cutting performance of the drill.In order to study the impact of the tip structure of the twist drill on centering performance,three key parameters of the cutting edge tip including chisel edge length,inner edge angle and the value of the transition arc are studied.Through the finite element simulation of orthogonal tests and actual cutting tests,it is found that the inner edge angle has the most significant influence on centering.The best centering performance is attained with the parameter combination of chisel edge length 0.36 mm,the inner edge angle 20°and the transition arc R0.6 mm.
