摘要
提出一种通过声光检测手段实现数控加工前差错判定和预防的方法,借助防差错装置与预设运功协调响应,触发声光差错识别单元,实现防止差错,并创新设计了一种由信号元件实现声光报警防差错配套工装。在数控加工前,刀具执行与防差错装置相关的预设机械运动,即执行偏离和过切两个检测环节的6个机械运动,通过运动响应对比,实现差错准确判定。该技术能检测和识别程序原点、刀具直径、根部R,Z值输入等信息的正确性。
A method of error determination and prevention before NC machining by means of acousto-optic detection is put forward,and a technique of error prevention is realized by triggering acousto-optic error identification unit with the coordination response of the error prevention device and the preset operation power.An innovative sound and light alarm and error prevention kit by signal components is designed.Before CNC machining,the accurate determination of errors is achieved through the motion response comparison of the tool execution and the default mechanical movements related to the error prevention device,namely the six mechanical movements in the execution deviation and over-cutting detections.This technology can detect and identify the correctness of the input information of program origin,tool diameter,root R,Z value,etc.
