A hospital is a unit that provides public health services for humans.Its existence is of vital significance.It is the main place for people to undertake medical and health services.The level of public health services provided by a hospital is mainly affected by two factors.One is the level of medical and health development,and the other is people’s living standards.Both of these factors are affected by the level of human socio-economic development.It can be seen that hospitals can directly reflect the level of development of human society.Its actual operating level has a direct impact,and it also reflects the quality of China's public health services.Therefore,based on this social reality,combined with the requirements of the new situation,it is of vital importance to analyze the shortcomings of hospital file management and explore innovative approaches.This is not only a requirement for national and social development,but also a hospital realization.The fundamental condition for sustainable operation is the main problem that hospitals need to solve without delay.
