现代社会的发展促进了医疗科技和相关信息技术的发展,也充分展现了多元化医院经营模式,医院对于卫生质量的考验也在不断提高。在医院未来发展中,专业化、集团化为主要的趋势,使内部管理水平得到提高为重点内容,还能够改善服务模式,使医院核心竞争力得到提高。为了有效促进医院可持续发展,医院还要重视管理质量,利用科学方法进行改进,从而提高医院管理效率,满足患者的需求。该文就对持续质量改进在医院管理中的使用进行分析。
