风险管理措施在手术室医疗器械质量管控中的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of Risk Management Measures in the Quality Control of Medical Devices in Operating Room

目的探讨风险管理在手术室医疗器械质量管控中的应用效果。方法纳入该院在2019年2月—2020年3月收取的130件手术室医疗器械,根据数字法随机将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用常规管理实施质量控制管理。观察组则使用风险管理模式进行质量控制管理。对比并分析两组手术室医疗器械质量管控后的有效验收率、合格清洗率以及齐全配套率等。对比并分析不同质量的管控模式下手术室工作人员对手术器械的满意度评分和质量评分。结果对照组有效验收、合格清洗、齐全配套率分别为47(72.31%)、48(73.85%)、42(64.62%),观察组分别为62(95.38%)、61(93.85%)、63(96.92%),观察组的清洗合格率、有效验收率以及配套齐全率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术器械质量评分与满意度评分分别为(90.43±3.78)分、(93.96±3.12)分,均明显高于对照组(78.57±2.57)分、(80.44±2.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理运用于医疗器械质量管控中,可提高管理质量及清洗合格率、有效验收率和配套齐全率,也能提高手术室工作人员对手术器械满意度评分与质量评分。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in the quality control of medical devices in operating rooms.Methods 130 pieces of operating room medical devices collected by the hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were included as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used conventional management to implement quality control management.The observation group used a risk management model for quality control management.Compared and analyzed the effective acceptance rate,qualified cleaning rate and complete supporting rate of the two groups of operating room medical devices after quality control.Compared and analyzed the satisfaction scores and quality scores of operating room staff for surgical instruments under different quality control modes.Results The rates of effective acceptance,qualified cleaning,and complete matching of the control group were 47(72.31%),48(73.85%),42(64.62%),and the observation group were 62(95.38%),61(93.85%)and 63(96.92%),the cleaning qualification rate,effective acceptance rate and completeness rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical instrument quality score and satisfaction score of the control group were(90.43±3.78)points and(93.96±3.12)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(78.57±2.57)points and(80.44±2.67)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the quality control of medical devices.It can improve the management quality,cleaning pass rate,effective acceptance rate and complete supporting rate,as well as the satisfaction score and quality score of operating room staff for surgical devices.
