基于品管圈活动的骨科护理带教质量效果分析

Analysis of the Quality Effect of Orthopedic Nursing Teaching Based on Quality Control Circle Activities

目的基于品管圈活动的骨科护理带教质量效果分析。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月在该院进行实习的护生共计46名进行分析,将护生分为两组,每组23名。在院实习期间,对比组采用了传统常规带教方式。实验组运用了基于品管圈活动下的带教方式。分析两组最终带教结果。结果①对比组晨间提问、理论考核、专科操作、基础操作、教学查房、健康教育与实验组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②对比组教学态度、自身素质、护理活动、业务能力得分结果与实验组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理带教中,可采取基于品管圈活动下的带教方式,这种带教方式可提升带教质量,提高效果。

Objective To analyze the quality effect of orthopedic nursing teaching based on quality control circle activities.Methods A total of 46 nursing students who were internships in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected for analysis,and the nursing students were divided into two groups,with 23 students in each group.During the internship in the college,the comparison group adopted the traditional method of teaching.The experimental group used the teaching method based on quality control circle activities.Analyzed the final teaching results of the two groups.Results 1.The comparison group's morning questioning,theoretical assessment,specialist operation,basic operation,teaching rounds,and health education score were lower than those of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The results of the comparison group's teaching attitude,self-quality,nursing activity,and professional ability score were lower than those of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic nursing teaching,the teaching method based on quality control circle activities can be adopted.This teaching method can improve the quality of teaching and improve the effect.
