立足能力本位及资格考试分析高职临床医学专业课程设置

Analysis on the Curriculum Setting of Clinical Medicine in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Ability-based and Qualification Examination

目的了解基层临床医师的能力本位及医师资格考试,为提高该群体的能力本位水平及医师资格考试通过率优化高职临床医学专业教学内容及课程设置。方法通过查阅文献,了解基层医疗单位临床医师能力本位情况、医师资格考试通过情况及传统临床医学专业课程设置,分析高职院校临床医学专业课程设置对基层临床医师能力本位及医师资格考试的影响。结果基层临床医师能力本位存在明显不足,医师资格考试通过率低,高职临床医学专业课程设置有待优化。结论高职院校临床医学专业的课程设置应结合医学生能力本位及医师资格考试,能力本位、医师资格考试并重进行优化调整教学内容和课程设置。

Objective To understand the competence-based and physician qualification examinations of primary-level clinicians,and optimize the teaching content and curriculum settings of higher vocational clinical medicine majors in order to improve the competency-based level of the group and the passing rate of the physician qualification examinations.Methods To understand the primary-level clinical medicine by consulting the literature Clinician competency standard,physician qualification examination passing situation and traditional clinical medicine curriculum setting in medical units,analyze the impact of clinical medicine curriculum setting in higher vocational colleges on primary clinician competence standard and physician qualification examination.Results Primary clinician competence had obvious shortcomings in the standard,the passing rate of the physician qualification examination was low,and the curriculum of higher vocational clinical medicine needed to be optimized.Conclusion The curriculum setting and teaching content of the clinical medicine major of higher vocational colleges should be combined with the ability of medical students and the qualification examination of doctors,and competence-based of the doctor,and the Physician qualification examination.
