Labor education is an important part of the ideological and political education of medical students.It is the only way for medical students to grow up.It is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.It also contains the education content of hard work,selfless dedication,and daring to take responsibility.It is consistent with the professional quality of medical students.The article pointed out that the labor education of medical colleges should give full play to the role of"curriculum ideological and political",adhere to the mission of ideological and political courses,deepen the education value of professional courses,actively promote the labor education practice courses of medical students,and integrate labor education into ideological and political courses,professional course and practical course.Affect the work mentality of medical students,comprehensively improve their labor skills,and cultivate correct labor values.
