摘要
为了分析液相还原法制备的不同粒径的单分散球形银粉的性能,以硝酸银为原料、抗坏血酸为还原剂制备出不同粒径范围的单分散微米级球形银粉,并进行性能分析。结果表明,液相还原单分散微米球形银粉的体电阻率随银粉颗粒平均粒径的增加而降低;振实密度随银粉颗粒平均粒径的增加而增加;银粉的晶粒尺寸随银粉颗粒的增大先减小再增大;烧结活性与银粉颗粒的平均粒径、晶粒尺寸有关,平均粒径在1.5μm附近的银粉烧结活性最好。
In order to analyze the properties of monodisperse spherical silver powders with different particle sizes prepared by liquid-phase reduction method,silver powders are prepared by using silver nitrate as raw material and ascorbic acid as reducing agent.The results show that the bulk resistivity decreases with the increase of the average particle size of silver powder.The vibration density decreases with the increase of the average particle size of silver powder.The grain size of silver powder decreases and then increases with the increase of silver powder.The sintering activity is related to the average particle size and the grain size of silver powder.And the sintering activity of silver powders with average particle size of 1.5μm is the best.
