罗伊氏乳杆菌联合氟化泡沫对儿童龋病龋均值及细菌负荷量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究罗伊氏乳杆菌联合氟化泡沫治疗儿童龋病的疗效。方法将2019年1月~2019年12月就诊并接受治疗的124名儿童龋病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组给予氟化泡沫治疗,观察组给予罗伊氏乳杆菌联合氟化泡沫治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前后龋齿区域分泌物的细菌负荷量和炎性因子水平以及龋面均值与龋均。结果治疗后,观察组间牙龈卟啉单胞菌与福赛斯拟杆菌的细菌负荷量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MMP-8、IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的龋面均值与龋均均明显减少,且观察组的龋面均值与龋均均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗伊氏乳杆菌联合氟化泡沫治疗儿童龋病效果更好,对牙齿致病菌和炎性因子均有很好抑制效果,还可有效降低龋面均值与龋均值。 Objective To explore the effect of Lactobacillus reuteri combined with fluorinated foam in the treatment of children's dental caries.Methods A total of 124 children with dental caries who were treated and treated in Changde No.1 Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number expression,with 62 persons in each group.The control group was treated with fluorinated foam,and the observation group was treated with lactobacillus reuteri combined with fluorinated foam.The bacterial load and inflammatory factor levels of the secretions in the caries area of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,as well as the average caries area and caries.Results After treatment,the bacterial load of porphyromonas gingivalis and bacteroides forsythiae between the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-8,IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average caries and caries of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the average caries and caries of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Lactobacillus reuteri combined with fluorinated foam has a better effect on the treatment of children's caries.It has a good inhibitory effect on dental pathogens and inflammatory factors.It can also effectively reduce the mean surface and mean caries.
