30%超分子水杨酸联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮效果及安全性评价

Efficacy and safety evaluation of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with isotretinoic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe acne

目的观察30%超分子水杨酸联合异维A酸胶囊口服治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果及安全性评价。方法选择门诊60例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组外用30%超分子水杨酸的同时口服异维A酸胶囊,对照组仅口服异维A酸胶囊。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8周计数皮损、疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组在第2、4、6周疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常见不良反应中红斑、刺痛的发生率治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),唇炎、皮肤干燥、脱皮及瘙痒发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论30%超分子水杨酸联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with isotretinic acid capsule in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.In the treatment group,30%supramolecular salicylic acid was applied externally and isotretinoic acid capsule was given at the same time.In the control group,only isotretinoin capsule was given.Lesions,efficacy and adverse reactions were counted before treatment and at week 2,4,6 and 8 after treatment.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at week 2,4 and 6,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of common adverse reactions such as erythema and prickling was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of labitis,xerosis cutis,peeling and pruritus.There were no serious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with isotretinoic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
