臭氧温热治疗跖疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能影响研究

The clinical effect of ozone warming treatment on plantar warts and its influence on immune function

目的观察臭氧温热激光治疗跖疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能影响。方法2018年5月~2019年5月期间接受治疗的90例跖疣患者,随机分为臭氧组、温热组及臭氧温热组,各30例。臭氧组采用臭氧治疗仪治疗,温热组患者采用温水浸泡,臭氧温热组则42℃臭氧持续冲洗治疗跖疣。比较两组临床疗效及复发情况,抽取静脉血用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD28和CD40,随访3个月复发情况。结果温热组、臭氧组及臭氧温热组总有效率分别为66.67%,63.33%,93.33%,臭氧温热组疗效明显优于其它两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组患者治疗前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD28和CD40差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后三组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和CD40明显增加,CD28明显下降(P<0.05),但臭氧温热组变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),温热组复发率为26.67%,臭氧组复发率33.33%,臭氧温热组复发率为6.67%,明显低于其它两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧温热治疗跖疣疗效显著,改善机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone warm laser treatment of plantar warts and its effect on immune function.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,90 patients with plantar warts treated in our hospital were randomly divided into ozone group,warming group and ozone warming group,30 cases each.The ozone group was treated with an ozone therapy device,the warm group was immersed in warm water,and the ozone warm group was continuously rinsed with ozone at 42℃to treat plantar warts.The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared,and venous blood was drawn to detect T cell subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD28,and CD40 by flow cytometry,follow up for 3 months.Results The total effective rates of the warming group,ozone group and ozone warming group were 66.67%,63.33%and 93.33%,respectively.The ozone warming group was significantly better than the other two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD28 and CD40 before treatment in the three groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD40 in the three groups of patients increased significantly,and CD28 decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the change in the ozone warming group is more obvious(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the warming group is 26.67%,the recurrence rate of the ozone group is 33.33%,and the recurrence rate of the ozone warming group is 6.67%,obvious lower than the other two groups,with significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone warming is effective in the treatment of plantar warts and improves the body's immune function.
