摘要
成人教育教师人力资本价值的提升是其师资队伍建设的重要推手。我国成人教育教师在人力资本价值提升的过程中长期面临教师流动无序化、发展与评估滞后化、地位与职能边缘化等困境,究其主要原因在于:管理与支持力度的薄弱、社会环境与体制政策的阻滞以及后喻文化与泛在学习的冲击。基于成人教育教师发展与管理的现实情况,可积极推动合理有序的教师流动、推进教师专业发展的培训与评估、着力挖掘教师适应智能时代的新潜能与新角色,以助推我国成人教育教师人力资本价值的提升。
The promotion of human capital value of adult education teachers is an important driving force for the construction of their teaching staff.In the process of enhancing the value of human capital,adult education teachers in China have long been faced with such dilemmas as disordered flow of teachers,lagging development and evaluation,marginalization of status and functions,etc.the main reasons lie in the weakness of management and support,the constraint of social environment and institutional policies,and the impact of post figurative culture and ubiquitous learning.Based on the reality of the development and management of adult education teachers,we can actively promote the reasonable and orderly flow of teachers,promote the training and evaluation of teachers'professional development,and strive to tap the new potential and new role of teachers to adapt to the intelligent era,so as to promote the value of human capital of adult education teachers in China.
