摘要
质量型扩招对于提升国民整体素质、优化劳动力结构、培养高素质技术技能型人才具有重要意义,对高职学生隐性职业素质管理提出了更高的要求。然而,百万扩招背景下高职学生素质复杂化、生源多元化、年龄差距化、目标个性化、技能差异化等特点影响其隐性职业素质的获取难度、积累程度、共享效果、运用广度和创新能力。基于此,提出促进隐性职业素质显性化、发挥非正式网络积极作用、利用网络学习平台、推进校企深度融合等对策以实现质量型扩招背景下高职学生隐性职业素质的管理目标。
The expansion of quality-oriented enrollment is of great significance for improving the overall quality of the people,optimizing the labor force structure,and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of recessive professional quality of higher vocational students.However,under the background of one million enrollment expansion,the characteristics of higher vocational students,such as complex quality,diversified source of students,age gap,personalized goal and skill differentiation,affect the acquisition difficulty,accumulation degree,sharing effect,application breadth and innovation ability of recessive professional quality.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as promoting the dominance of recessive professional quality,giving full play to the positive role of informal network,using the network learning platform,and promoting the deep integration of school and enterprise,so as to achieve the management goal of recessive professional quality of higher vocational students under the background of quality-oriented enrollment expansion.
