体育强国思想孕育:基于习近平在福建工作时期体育改革与实践考察

The Birth of Physical Education Power Thinking——A PE Reform And Practicable Solution Based on Xi Jinping’s Reign in Fujian

习近平关于体育强国建设的系列论述是新时代我国体育发展战略和体育改革的重要指引。通过习近平在福建工作时期体育改革与实践,探索其体育强国思想的孕育及历史渊源,为深刻认识新时代体育发展提供历史借鉴。采用文献资料法、访谈法等方法,对习近平在福建工作时期的体育工作重要讲话、论述、实践等文献资料进行分析。习近平在福建工作的17年,是习近平体育强国思想的孕育期和储备期。期间,习近平主要从体育场地、体育产业和可持续发展三个维度主抓体育工作,通过合理规划体育场地,助推全民健身;提档升级体育产业,唱响“晋江经验”;坚持生态优先,谋划大健康战略,推动了福建省体育视事业充分发展,为我国从体育大国向体育强国奋进孕育了理论雏形与思想渊源。

Research Objective:The series talk concerning the construction of the PE power serves as a monumental guideline to the strategical development and reform of the new-era PE state in China.This paper offers an in-depth survey and study of the comments regarding the PE reform and endeavor Xi Jinping made during his reign in Fujian by way of the exploration of the birth and historical origin of PE Power thinking with the intention of providing a historical reference to the new-era PE development.Research Methodology:An analysis has been made of the epoch-making comments,works and practical work as regards PE power thinking during his reign in Fujian in the light of bibliographies,interviews and content analysis.Conclusion:the 17-year reign in Fujian is the birth and storage period of Xi Jinping’s PE power thinking when he personally took charge of the main work of the 3-dimension of PE,namely,PE playgrounds,PE industries and PE sustainable development by rationalizing the configurations of PE playgrounds,boosting nation-wide fitness,upgrading PE industries,promoting“Jinjiang Experience”,prioritizing ecology,strategizing comprehensive health,propelling the sound development of Fujian PE industry so as to formulate a novel PE theoretical conception and thinking of the stride into the PE power of China.
