浮针结合董氏奇穴治疗腰间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of LDH Treated by Floating Needling Combined with Dong's Unique Extra-Ordinary Acupoints

目的:观察浮针疗法结合董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例取浮针疗法结合董氏奇穴毫针针刺治疗,对照组20例采取常规针刺治疗,比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、JOA评价量表、血清炎性因子水平及中医症候积分,并统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90%(18/20),对照组为65%(13/20),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗组VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、JOA评价量表、血清炎性因子水平及中医症候积分的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针结合董氏奇穴在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗上确为有效方法,疗效可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating needling combined with Dong's unique extra-ordinary acupoints in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:40 patients with LDH were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,whereas the treatment group was treated with floating needling combined with unique extra-ordinary acupoints.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI),JOA Evaluation Scale,as well as the levels of serum inflammatory factor and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups after the treatment,and the efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 90%(18/20)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 65%(13/20)in the control group(P<0.05).The improvements of the scores of VAS,ODI and JOA,as well as the improvements of the serum levels of inflammatory factors and TCM symptom scores were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needling combined with Dong's unique extra-ordinary acupoints is an effective method for the treatment of LDH,and the curative effect is reliable.
