复合固硫粘结剂在高硫型煤中的应用及型煤性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 以腐植酸钠为粘结剂,石灰石、消石灰以及煤矸石为复合固硫剂,制备了型煤复合固硫粘结剂,探究了复合固硫粘结剂对高硫型煤燃烧性能的影响.结果表明,添加8.0%腐植酸钠、5.0%石灰石、0.9%消石灰和6.0%煤矸石(均为质量百分数)时,型煤固硫率可达97.5%,抗压强度为275 N.燃烧性能评价表明复合固硫型煤的着火点为331℃,燃尽温度为530℃,型煤的着火点指数、燃尽特性指数和综合燃烧特性指数分别为7.54×10^(-8)min^(-1)·K^(-2),1.07×10^(-2)min^(-1)和2.83×10^(-8)min^(-2)·K^(-3).本研究为高硫型煤的固硫和应用提供了方法,对于复合固硫型煤粘结剂的开发具有一定的参考价值. The composite sulfur-fixed binder was prepared by adding sodium humate as the binder,limestone,slaked lime and coal gangue as composite sulfur-fixed agent.The effect of composite sulfur-fixed binder on the combustion performance of sulfur briquette was investigated.The results showed when the amount of sodium humate,limestone,slaked lime and coal gangue powder are 8.0%,5.0%,0.9%and 6.0%(mass ratio),respectively,the sulfur-fixed ratio of briquette can reach to 97.5%,and the compressive strength is 275 N.In addition,the thermal analysis of the sulfur-fixed briquette showed that the ignition and burnout temperature of briquette are 331℃and 530℃,respectively.The ignition index,burning characteristic index and comprehensive performance index are 7.54×10^(-8)min^(-1)·K^(-2),1.07×10^(-2)min^(-1)and 2.83×10^(-8)min^(-2)·K^(-3).The research can provide a method for sulfur-fixed and application of high sulfur briquette,and has a certain reference value for the development of composite sulfur fixed binder.
