摘要
运用耦合模型、改良脱钩模型及地理探测器方法,对2008—2017年河南省承接产业转移与环境污染耦合发展的时空演变特征及影响因素进行研究.结果表明,2008—2017年河南省承接产业转移与生态环境耦合度主要处于拮抗阶段,耦合度水平不高,时序变化不大.河南省承接产业转移与生态环境耦合协调度总体处于濒临失调衰退阶段,耦合度与协调度的空间分布具有较高的吻合性,郑州、商丘等市的耦合度和协调度均较大,时空演化稳定,但空间差异显著.整体上河南省各地级市承接产业转移与环境污染的脱钩类型有绝对脱钩和相对脱钩2种,2008—2017年各地级市脱钩类型变化较大,局部地区的脱钩状态有所优化,但总体上相对脱钩和增长连结城市比重高于绝对脱钩城市比重.能源利用效率、科技投入、承接产业转移是影响河南省环境污染的重要因素,其中科技投入对环境污染作用最大,但河南省的环境污染是多因子共同作用的结果,能源利用效率与工业发展、科技投入等因子交互后对河南省的环境污染影响重大.
Using the methods of abrupt progression,coupling model,improved decoupling model and geographical detector,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of coupling development of undertaking industrial transfer and environmental pollution in Henan Province from 2008 to 2017 were studied.The results show that,from 2008 to 2017,the coupling degree of undertaking industrial transfer and ecological environment in Henan Province is mainly in the antagonistic stage,with low level of coupling degree and little change in timing sequence.The degree of coupling and coordination between the two systems of undertaking industrial transfer and ecological environment in Henan Province is generally in the stage of near maladjustment and decline.The coupling degree and coordination degree of Zhengzhou City,Shangqiu City and other cities are relatively large,and the spatial and temporal evolution is stable,but the spatial difference is significant.Overall,there are two types of decoupling between industrial transfer and environmental pollution in Henan Province:absolute decoupling and relative decoupling.From 2008 to 2017,the types of decoupling in various cities changed greatly,and the decoupling status of some local areas was optimized,but the proportion of cities connected by relative decoupling and growth was higher than that by absolute decoupling.Energy use efficiency,investment in science and technology and undertaking industrial transfer are the important factors affecting environmental pollution in Henan Province,the science and technology input has the biggest effect to the environment pollution,but the pollution of the environment of Henan Province is the outcome of combined action of many factors,the interaction of energy utilization efficiency with industrial development and scientific and technological investment has a significant impact on environmental pollution in Henan Province.
