产业融合视角下医疗旅游融合发展研究

Research on Fusion Development of Medical Tourism from the Perspective of Industrial Convergence

产业融合是当下世界经济发展的主旋律。本文在产业融合视角下对医疗旅游融合发展的动因、主体、路径及模式进行深入分析,发现在技术、市场的内拉力及社会、政策的外推力作用下,企业与政府作为医疗旅游产业的重要融合主体,能够使医疗旅游产业在技术、产品或业务以及市场三个融点上实现良好的融合发展。同时,融合发展过程中由被动的、单向的、点状的发展态势逐步演进为主动的、互动的、集聚的融合发展态势,从而形成了当前医疗旅游的三大融合发展模式,即互动型、附加型及聚集型医疗旅游发展模式。因此,应注重融合创新,加强复合型人才培养,强化政策监管与道德自律,夯实地域发展基础,以促进我国医疗旅游产业融合发展。

The industrial convergence is one of the major trends in the development of the world economy. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the motivation, subjects, routes and modes of the integrated development of medical tourism from the perspective of industrial convergence. The paper suggests that under the effect of internal force(technology and market), and external force( social tension and policy), enterprise and government, which are the main subject of the medical tourism industrial convergence at the same important level, will make the medical tourism industry integration to be succeed in three melting elements, such as technology, product or business and market. At the same time, the process of the development of medical tourism industrial convergence has been changed from the passive, one-way, puncta-form to be active, interactive and agglomerative. Further, with the domestic and foreign medical tourism destination development as cases, three modes of medical tourism industrial convergence development can be concluded, namely, interactive, additional and agglomerative model. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of medical tourism, such as paying attention to the integration and innovation, strengthening the training of compound talents, strengthening policy supervision and moral self-discipline, and following the local development stage.
