中医特色护理及辩证施护在腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing and dialectical nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症应用中医特色护理及辨证施护的应用效果。方法选择我院2020年10月至12月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,以计算机程序生成随机数字法分为2组,每组30例,对照组用常规护理,观察组加用中医特色护理及辨证施护。比较2组护理有效率、舒适度、护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率、护理满意度及舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中医特色护理及辨证施护,可显著提高护理有效率、舒适度及护理满意度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM characteristic nursing and dialectical nursing for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from October to December,2020 were selected for study,and randomly divided into two groups by computer program,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing based on syndrome differentiation.The nursing efficiency,comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction and comfort scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic nursing and syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve nursing efficiency,comfort and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
