基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱仪在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌鉴定中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)快速鉴定耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的可行性。方法对广州市番禺区中心医院各个病区住院患者在不同部位分离的甲氧西林耐药及敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌,用Vitek 2 Compact的药敏卡AST-P639进行耐药性检测,用MALDI-TOF MS对菌株进行鉴定。结果用Vitek MS质谱仪的Launch pad软件对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)及甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)所产生的质谱峰图的质荷比(M/Z)进行分析,质谱峰M/Z的3009,5624,6887为金黄色葡萄球菌的特征峰,2637,4308为区分MRSA及MSSA最主要的特征峰,其中MSSA组的质谱峰M/Z在2637低于MRSA组,而质谱峰M/Z4308时MRSA组则高于MSSA组,不同的菌株MRSA的质谱峰略有差异。结论MALDI-TOF MS可快速准确鉴别MRSA,为临床提供一种快速全面简便的方法。
