基于历史退水的清水河流域洪水调度研究

摘要 梯级水电站闸门开启后,泄洪流量存在不匹配的现象。为减少洪水调度过程中的闸门频繁启闭,通过统计清水河流域水库历史洪水退水过程,计算出退至某一流量后的洪水量,并结合水库的水位库容曲线,分析在该流量下关闸后库水位的变化情况,得出在入库流量退至特定范围内后再关闸,可有效减少闸门操作次数的结论。在流域综合特征没有较大变化的情况下,该结论对后续洪水调度有一定借鉴意义。 After the gate of cascade hydropower station is opened,there is a mismatch of flood discharge.In order to reduce the frequent opening and closing of the gate in the process of flood control,the flood volume after retreating to a certain flow is calculated by counting the historical flood recession process of the reservoir in the Qingshui River Basin.Combined with|the water level and capacity curve of the reservoir,the change of the reservoir water level after closing the gate'under the flow is analyzed.It is concluded that closing the gate after the inflow retreats to a specific range can effectively reduce the number of gate operations.In the case of no significant change in the comprehensive characteristics of the basin,this conclusion has a certain reference significance for the follow-up flood control.
