摘要 堆石混凝土筑坝技术经过10多年的发展,广泛应用于水利水电工程建设中,其工艺简便、施工快速、水化热低、温控简单易行、成本低廉、环境友好等特点得到了行业主管部门及工程参建单位的认可,但该材料的物理力学性能、薄弱环节等需进一步深入研究。笔者通过对已建的3座水库大坝钻孔芯样断口统计分析、钻孔芯样及大试件试验研究,分析了影响堆石混凝土料物理力学指标的关键因素和破坏机理,提出了在工程设计中堆石混凝土材料物理力学指标的拟定原则,为类似工程的设计提供借鉴,还对堆石混凝土坝建设质量的控制提出了建议。 After more than 10 years of development,rock-fill concrete dam construction technology has been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction.Its characteristics such as simple process,rapid construction,low hydration heat,simple temperature control,low cost and environmentally friendly have been recognized by industry authorities and engineering construction units.However,the physical and mechanical properties and weak links of the material need to be further studied.Based on the statistical analysis of the fracture surface of the drilled core samples and the experimental study of the drilled core samples and large specimens of the three built reservoirs,the key factors and failure mechanism affecting the physical and mechanical indexes of rock--fill concrete materials are analyzed,and the formulation principle of the physical and mechanical indexes of rock-fill concrete materials in engineering design is proposed,which provides reference for the design of similar projects,and also puts forward suggestions for the control of the construction quality of rock-fill concrete dams.
