挪威新KK水电站定子条形线棒接头绝缘工艺技术浅析

摘要 条形线棒在嵌线过程中,绝缘盒的套装和绝缘胶的灌注需要定子机座多次翻身配合才能进行。笔者通过对挪威新KK水电站定子条形线棒接头绝缘方式进行分析和研究,在不需要机座翻身的情况下,采用上、下端绝缘盒套装与绝缘胶灌注同步进行的新工艺。机组运行效果表明,此次践行的工艺是成功和有效的。该工艺同样适用于卧式机组定子线棒首尾两端接头绝缘胶的灌注,为今后水轮发电机组定子条形线棒的嵌线提供一种新的思路。 During the wire embedding process of the bar,it is necessary to turn over the stator frame several times to fit the insulation box and pour the insulation glue.Based on the analysis and research on the insulation mode of the stator bar joint of New KK Hydropower Station in Norway,a new technology is adopted in which the upper and lower insulation boxes are set and the insulation glue is poured synchronously without turning over the frame.The operation results show that the process is successful and effective.This process is also suitable for pouring insulating glue into the joints at both ends of the stator bar of horizontal units,which provides a new idea for the wire embedding of the stator bar of hydroelectric unit in the future.
