凤亭河、屯六水库水量分配方案研究

摘要 凤亭河、屯六水库可供水量有限,周边的南宁市、钦州市均对其提出了用水需求,进行凤亭河、屯六水库的水量分配是非常必要的。笔者以凤亭河、屯六水库供水区需水预测为基础,进行凤亭河、屯六水库供需水量平衡分析,分析水库可供水量以及不同用水对象的水量分配。经分析得出,2016年、2020年、2030年,凤亭河、屯六水库向钦州市分配水量分别为3154万m^(3)、7287万m^(3)、7884万m^(3),向南宁市分配水量分别为2241万m^(3)、6930万m^(3)、7293万m^(3)。凤亭河、屯六水库的水量分配方案可为区域水资源管理、优化配置提供参考,为水库的调度提供依据。 The water supply of Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir is limited.Nanning City and Qinzhou City have put forward the water demand for them,so it is very necessary to carry out the water allocation of Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir.Based on the water demand forecast of Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir,the authors analyze the water supply and demand balance of Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir,and analyze the water supply of reservoir and the water allocation of different water consumption objects.According to the analysis,in 2016,2020 and 2030,Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir will distribute 31.54 million m^(3),72.87 million m^(3) and 78.84 million m^(3) to Qinzhou City,and 22.41 million m^(3),69.30 million m^(3) and 72.93 million m^(3) to Nanning City.The water allocation scheme of Fengtinghe Reservoir and Tunliu Reservoir can provide reference for regional water resources management and optimal allocation,and provide basis for reservoir operation.
