“四步测试法”在电气装置短路故障识别排查中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效识别、排查电气装置短路故障,笔者根据短路故障时电阻变小、电流急剧增大的故障特征,精心设计短路故障识别、排查的“四步测试法”,针对单个支路内部、多个支路之间逐项进行测试甄别,最终精确识别故障的具体位置,有效地排除电气装置短路故障。以下只恩水电站为例,详细介绍“四步测试法”在中央信号回路装置电气短路故障的识别与排查中的应用。实践应用表明,“四步测试法”能够有效地识别排查电气装置各类短路故障。 In order to effectively recognize and detect the short-circuit fault of electric device,the author carefully designs the "four-step test method" for short-circuit fault recognition and detection according to the fault characteristics of small resistance and sharp increase of current when the short-circuit fault occurs,and tests and discriminates one by one within a single branch and between multiple branches,so as to accurately recognize the specific location of the fault and effectively eliminate the short-circuit fault of electric device.Taking Xiazhi’en Hydropower Station as an example,the application of the "four-step test method" in the recognition and detection of electric short-circuit faults of the central signal circuit device is introduced in detail.The practical application shows that the "four-step test method" can effectively recognize and detect all kinds of short-circuit faults of the electric device.
