摘要
针对水电厂现有的监控系统存在的不足,提出构建基于电气全景畸变波形数据的机电设备故障预判系统。该系统以机电设备运行时产生的电气畸变波形为核心,采用多种信号分析及建模方法,构建系统平台,实现水电厂内多类型机电设备的电气运行数据采集、暂态信号提取、设备建模、故障预判、异常预警、效能评估等功能。该系统在东风发电厂成功部署应用,能够提前预判电气故障,对挖掘电气畸变波形数据的更多价值、提高设备运行的可靠性具有一定意义。
In view of the shortcomings of the existing monitoring system in hydropower plants,a fault prediction system for electromechanical equipment based on electrical panoramic distortion waveform data is proposed.The system takes the electrical distortion waveform generated by the operation of electromechanical equipment as the core,and uses a variety of signal analysis and modeling methods to build the system platform,so as to realize the functions of electrical operation data acquisition,transient signal extraction,equipment modeling,fault prediction,anomaly warning,and efficiency evaluation of multiple types of electromechanical equipment in hydropower plants.The successful deployment and application of the system in Dongfeng Power Plant can predict electrical faults in advance,which is of great significance to excavate more value of electrical distortion waveform data and improve the reliability of equipment operation.
