三全育人背景下构建高校学风建设共同体的路径探究

On the Path of Building a Community of Academic Atmosphere in Colleges and Universities under the Background of“Sanquan Education”

高校学风建设是一项系统性和持续性工程,但随着社会的进步、教育体制的改革,学风建设正面临前所未有的挑战。基于“三全育人”综合改革试点的背景下,对高校学风建设进行完善和创新,构建高校“三全育人”学风建设共同体。以福建省多所高校共计1806名大学生参与学风建设调查问卷的结果为基础,归纳出目前高校学风建设存在的主要问题并进行原因分析,分别从全员、全过程和全方位三个维度出发,提出对学风建设体系的路径探究。

The construction of study style in Colleges and universities is a systematic and sustainable project,but with the progress of society and the reform of education system,the construction of study style is facing unprecedented challenges.Based on the background of the comprehensive reform pilot of“Sanquan Education”,this paper intends to improve and innovate the construction of the study style in colleges and universities,and build a community of“Sanquan Education”style of study in colleges and universities.Based on the results of the questionnaire of 1806 college students participating in the construction of study style in many colleges and universities in Fujian Province,this paper sums up the main problems existing in the construction of study style in colleges and universities at present,and analyzes the reasons.Starting from the three dimensions of the whole staff,the whole process and all-round,this paper puts forward the path exploration of the construction system of study style.
