新时代大学生理想信念教育的困境及对策探析

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of College Students'Ideal and Belief Education in the New Era

加强大学生理想信念教育是高校思想政治教育的重要内容。立足于当前时代背景,通过分析大学生群体中存在的追求功利化的个人理想,呈现双面性的人格特征,缺乏明确性的理想行动等问题,从网络环境影响下的认知偏差,多元文化冲击下的信仰困惑,教育方法失当下的认同不足等现实角度审视大学生理想信念存在问题的主要原因。最后从优化内容、改进方式、创新方法、实践育人四个方面探析对策,以期能帮助大学生补足理想信念之“钙”。

Strengthening the ideal and belief education of college students is an important part of ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Based on the current background of the times,this paper analyzes the problems of College Students'pursuit of utilitarian personal ideal,dual personality characteristics and lack of clear ideal action,and examines the problems of College Students'ideals and beliefs from the perspective of cognitive bias under the influence of network environment,belief confusion under the impact of multiculturalism,and lack of identity under the improper educational methods.Finally,the paper analyzes the countermeasures from four aspects:optimizing the content,improving the way,innovating the method,and educating people through practice,in order to help college students make up for the“calcium”of ideals and beliefs.
