浅析芳纶纸在水轮发电机磁极中的应用

磁极是水轮发电机的重要组成部分,磁极铁芯经常使用芳纶纸作为极身绝缘材料。本文介绍了芳纶纸的基本特性以及芳纶纸在磁极铁芯中的应用情况。通过试验发现民士达YT510芳纶纸具有更好的表面平整性、挺度、可浸渍性及剥离强度,完全满足某公司水轮发电机磁极的铁芯制造工艺要求,制造后极身绝缘外观、服帖程度较好,绝缘电阻和耐电压等电气性能也符合该公司的技术规范;因此民士达YT510芳纶纸可用于制造大型水轮发电机磁极极身绝缘。

The magnetic pole is an important part of the hydro-generator,and the pole core often uses aramid paper as the pole insulation material.This article introduces the basic characteristics of aramid paper and the application of aramid paper in the pole core.Through experiments,it is found that Metastar YT510 aramid paper has better surface flatness,stiffness,impregnability and peel strength,and fully meets the core manufacturing process requirements of the magnetic pole of hydro-generator.The appearance of the insulation is excellent,the degree of service is good,the electrical properties such as insulation resistance and withstand voltage fully meet the requirements of specifications.Metastar YT510 aramid paper can be used to manufacture the magnetic pole insulation of large hydrogenerators.
