一种新型水轮发电机动平衡配重模型及其在振动异常处理中的应用研究

摘要 针对传统水轮发电机动平衡技术存在的不足及工程实践的需求,本文在研究转子系统单平面多测点平衡模型的基础上,建立了"扁平型"水轮发电机转子的单平面多测点加权平衡模型;通过分析动平衡试验中的"过配"、"欠配"现象,提出了能同时满足空转、空载工况下振动要求的单平面多测点加权适中平衡模型;分别从优化理论及工程实践的角度出发,提出了单平面多测点加权平衡模型、单平面多测点加权适中平衡模型的求解策略,并将本文方法应用于湖南省双牌水电站3号机组的动平衡试验,试验结果表明本文方法在工程实践中简单、可行,具有较高的配重精度。 Focus on the drawback in dynamic balance technique of hydraulic turbine unit and strong need in practice,the paper built multi-points and one plane weighted dynamic balancing model for hydraulic turbine unit with larger rotor diameter than its length based on study multi-points and one plane dynamic balancing model of rotor system.With over balance and under balance phenomenon analyzed,the paper proposed an improved model named multi-points and one plane weighted dynamic balancing model with suitable added mass meanwhile meet hydro generator vibration need in free running condition and no-load condition.Focus on the proposed models,two solution methods including the optimization method and simplified method suitable for engineering practice was illustrated.Application of the models and solution method was carried out in No.3 unit balance test of ShuangPai hydro power plant sited in Hunan province.Test results showed that the model and solution strategy is simple and easy to use in practice with high accuracy.
