Thoughts and Suggestions on Promoting Building Marine Nuclear Emergency Ability

针对目前我国海洋核应急能力所面临的管理体系不健全、技术支撑体系和应急救援体系尚未完善的现状,结合海洋核事故应对的实践,本文深入剖析了海洋核应急能力存在的"体系缺、支撑弱、预警差、能力低"等主要问题,并提出了构建海洋核应急能力的主要对策和措施,为加强海洋核应急能力建设提供支撑。

According to fact that the marine nuclear emergency capability in China is facing difficulties such as management system not sound,the situation of imperfect technical support system and emergency rescue system,weak basic ability and China’s technical support system is not yet perfect.Combined with the practice of marine nuclear accident response,analysis of the Marine nuclear emergency ability is done concerning"existing deficiency,weak support,poor early warning system,low ability"and other major issues.And put forward concrete suggestions to speed up the construction of marine nuclear emergency ability to improve the marine nuclear emergency ability construction.
