摘要
编码是事件经验反馈与信息交流的基础,我国运行核电厂事件编码使用的是国家能源行业标准《核电厂事件编码》(NB/T20020-2010)。随着我国核电的迅猛发展以及福岛核事故后核电主管部门和监管部门的管理力度不断增加,当前使用的运行核电厂事件编码已经不能完全满足事件交流及我国核电主管部门和监管部门的需求。本文通过将《核电厂事件编码》与两大国标权威机构WANO和IAEA的事件编码体系进行对比,并根据实际运用的经验提出了进一步完善《核电厂事件编码》的建议,以便我国核电主管部门和监管部门对运行核电厂事件进行查询、统计及趋势分析,从而更方便地从事件中识别出核电厂的共性问题和不利趋势,识别出核电厂安全运行过程中需要监管的重点。
The event code is the basis of event experience feedback and information exchange.The event code of nuclear power plant in operation in China uses the national energy industry standard event code of nuclear power plant(NB/T20020-2010).With the rapid development of nuclear power in China and the increasing management of nuclear power authorities and regulatory authorities after the Fukushima nuclear accident,the event codes currently used in operating nuclear power plants can not fully meet the needs of event exchange and nuclear power authorities and regulatory authorities in China.This paper compares the event code of nuclear power plant with the event code system of WANO and IAEA,the two national standards authorities,and puts forward suggestions for further improving the event code of nuclear power plant according to the practical application experience,so as to facilitate the competent nuclear power authorities and regulatory departments of China to query,count and analyze the events of nuclear power plant,and identify the nuclear power plant more easily from the events Identify the common problems and adverse trends of the power plant,and identify the key points that need to be monitored during the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
