基于阻力性能最优的新型救生装置总体设计 被引量:2

摘要 为实现快速救援和提高救援成功率,依据多体船概念设计出一款新型三体式救生装置,这是一种桥连接的三体式救生装置,装置包括前体、侧体和连接桥。在满足快速救援的条件下以阻力性能最优为指标确定新型三体式救生装置的总体设计。其总体设计思路主要是实现快速救援,新型三体式救生装置需同时满足性能和布置上的要求,性能需满足快速性和稳定性,布置需布局合理。采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真方法计算装置的阻力,在数值分析中湍流模型选用重正化群(Renormalization Group,RNG)k-ε。结果表明,内部部件排布位置和配重重量及其排布位置对装置的阻力影响大。给出2个设计方案,比较后得出方案2的设计为最优。 In order to realize the rapid rescue and improve the rescue success rate,a new triple-hulled rescue device is designed according to the multi-hulled ship concept.It is a bridge-connected triple-hulled rescue device including a front hull,a side hull and a connecting bridge.Under the condition of fast rescue,the overall design of the new triple-hulled rescue device is determined with the optimal resistance performance as the index.The overall design idea of the new triple-hulled rescue device is mainly to realize the fast rescue,that is,it should meet the requirements of both performance and layout,the performance should meet the rapidity and stability,and the layout should be reasonable.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation method is used to calculate the device resistance,and Renormalization Group(RNG)k-εis selected as the turbulence model in the numerical analysis.The results show that the arrangement position of internal components and the counterweight weight and its arrangement position possess a great influence on the device resistance.Two design schemes are given,and the design of scheme 2 is the best after comparing.
